This project completed by the team at AMS Seal included floor joint sealing, crack repair and concrete patching in Landsdale.

We were contacted by Edge Drilling who needed some cracks repaired after they had appeared in a concrete floor of a warehouse that was being built.

Unfortunately for some builders, surrounding earthworks can sometimes cause movement in already existing structures, causing cracking to concrete floors.

We were asked to assess the damage and were able to remedially repair the floor cracks by V grinding out the cracks and filling them with epoxy bonding to the already existing floor slab.

There were some patches that needed to be jackhammered and some remedial high strength floor patching was done over these spots. We then colour matched and stained the final result to cover up the previous problem area.
